Diet Coaching is a 6-week programme designed to guide you in grasping the basics of nutrition and supporting you to implement new, sustainable healthy habits, The key to success lies in consistency. Diet Coaching marks the start of your journey, not the end!
That is why I set up the VIP plan.
The VIP plan is a flexible membership option so you can continue your journey. We are here to offer as much support as you need with plans to meet every budget.

All plans are debited on a monthly basis. There are no contracts and you can cancel any time with 1 months notice.
1:1 support is dependant on availability. If fully booked you will be asked if you would like to join the waiting list and you will be notified when a space becomes available.
VIP - Basic Members Plan is a minimal requirement to remain as part of Thisfitcrew, any upgrade is in addition to the Basic Members Plan. You can upgrade or downgrade to any plan with a months notice.
If you choose to leave after Diet Coaching or your VIP basic members plan and want to return at a later date you must complete the Diet Coaching programme again first before returning to VIP.
THISFITCREW is just that, a crew. And I am aware of how much you all love and support the programmes and talk so highly about them to others. This encourages them to join. As a thank you I have made a referral scheme, this way I can give back and share the love as well as continue to grow the crew.

You can select either bank transfer or store credit for your refer a friend bonus. Store credit vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

All store credit vouchers will have a standard expiry date, please ensure you use you voucher by the use by period as they cannot be extended.
