How does it work?
All plans are debited on a monthly basis recurring paid 1 month in advance. ​I.e. If you set up your payment plan on 1st of the month it will come out each month on the 1st. No contract – each month is paid in advance of the next, just provide 1 months’ notice for cancellation. At this point you will have 4 weeks remaining on your plan and no more payments will be taken. Please note if you sign up to a plan with set duration, you are required to pay your full term, i.e. 12 week SHRED you will be required to pay the 12 week period before cancelling.

How does the coaching plan work?Each plan is fully personalised to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. After an initial consultation, I’ll create a tailored workout and nutrition plan designed just for you.

Will my plan change over time?Yes! Your plan evolves as you progress. I adjust your workouts and nutrition to ensure continued results and to keep things challenging.

How often will we communicate?We’ll stay in regular contact through weekly check-ins and daily accountability. You can also reach out any time via the Pocket PT app with questions or updates.

Do I need access to a gym?Not necessarily! I can create both gym-based and home workout plans, depending on your preferences and equipment availability.

What type of nutrition plan will I receive?Your nutrition plan will be based on your dietary preferences, goals, and any specific needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free). It’s designed to be flexible and easy to follow.

How do you track my progress?We’ll track your progress through regular assessments, photos, and measurements all via the Pocket PT app where you can also log workouts and meals for real-time feedback.

What if I’m a beginner?No problem! My coaching is suitable for all fitness levels. I’ll guide you step-by-step to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout.

How long do I need to commit?I recommend a minimum of 3 months to see significant progress, but the plan duration depends on your goals.

Do I get ongoing support?Yes! You’ll receive continuous guidance and support throughout your plan, with regular adjustments as needed to keep you on track.

How much does the coaching plan cost?The cost depends on the level of support you choose and the duration of the plan. I offer different packages tailored to your needs. For more details, feel free to contact me, and I’ll help find the right option for you.
