DELIVERY & RETURNS
When will I receive my order?
• All electronic orders will be received immediately. Please check your emails, if not received please ensure you have checked your spam and ensure your email address was entered correctly before contacting
• Diet Coaching acknowledgement will be sent on day of purchase with further instructions on registration
• Any personalised merchandise will be sent via https://www.redhotsource.co.uk/ please refer to their delivery and return policy
• All non-personalised goods have a return & refund period of 14 days.
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item and we would recommend a traceable service as we do not hold any responsibility for goods lost in transit.
• Start the return policy by emailing email@example.com with you order number and details of why you are returning the item. We will endeavour to reply to your email within 3-5 business days
• All downloadable plans are non-refundable
• Coaching programmes are refundable minus holding fee/desposit up until the plan starts, once programme received, they are no longer refundable and start dates cannot be moved
• Personalised shop merchandise is produced and processed by Red Hot Source Ltd https://www.redhotsource.co.uk/ - if your item is faulty or damaged, please contact Red Hot Source directly to receive a replacement or refund.
• If an item you are returning has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee or deny the return.
