By purchasing any digital products, coaching services, or physical goods through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital products, online coaching services, and physical merchandise on the Website and form a legal agreement between you and ThisFitCrew Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products or services from this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Delivery of Products

Digital Products & Coaching

• Digital products (e.g., ebooks, workout guides, training programs) are delivered via email, download link, or account dashboard upon successful payment.

• Please ensure your email address is correct when placing the order. If you do not receive your product, check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

• Diet Coaching acknowledgement will be sent on the day of purchase with further registration instructions.

Physical Merchandise

• Non-personalised merchandise will be shipped directly by us. Delivery timelines will be advised at checkout.

• Personalised merchandise is fulfilled by our partner, Red Hot Source Ltd (www.redhotsource.co.uk). Delivery and return terms for these items are governed by their policy, which can be viewed on their website.

4. Payment and Pricing

• All prices listed on the Website are in GBP (£).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• For online coaching services, please see Section 4A.

• We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4A. Online Diet and Fitness Coaching

• Coaching plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis, one month in advance.

• No fixed-term contract unless otherwise stated. Cancellation requires one month’s notice.

• Fixed-duration programmes (e.g., 12-week SHRED) must be paid in full before cancellation.

• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

5. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

• All downloadable plans and digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical issues, duplicate purchases, or where legally required.

Coaching Services

• Refundable (minus any deposit/set up/holding fee) only until the programme has started.

• Once the programme is received, no refunds will be issued and start dates cannot be moved.

Non-Personalised Physical Goods

• Return & refund period: 14 days from receipt.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

• To start a return, email thisfitmum.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

• Items showing excessive wear, tampering, or misuse may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Personalised Merchandise (via Red Hot Source Ltd)

• Produced and fulfilled by Red Hot Source Ltd.

• Faulty or damaged items must be reported directly to them for replacement or refund, under their policy.

All content (ebooks, guides, videos, plans, etc.) is protected by copyright owned by ThisFitCrew Ltd. Materials are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold.
