After a serious spinal injury, Kenny lost the use of his back legs.
This fundraiser helps cover the treatment and rehabilitation he needs to walk again.

What happened to Kenny?

Kenny was hit by a car and suffered a tail pull injury, causing severe spinal trauma that has left him unable to use his back legs.

The X-ray shows the damage the vets are trying to treat

Kenny is on strict crate rest while we try to give his spine the best chance to heal. Once stable he will need tail amputation. Recovery is slow and the treatment is expensive, but we’re doing everything we can to help him walk again.

To help raise funds for Kenny’s treatment, I’m giving away my 12 Week SHRED Plan for free.

As a nutritionist and personal trainer, I wanted to do something meaningful to help raise funds for Kenny's treatment.

So I am giving away my 12 Week Shred Plan completely Free (normally £34.99)

If you download it, I simply ask that you consider donating to Kenny's recovery.

Even a small contribution helps.

This is the exact fat loss framework I use with my clients to build strength, lose body fat and create long-term results.

Inside the guide you’ll find:

• Nutrition & lifestyle foundations for sustainable fat loss
• A calorie and macro guide to personalise your diet
• Meal timing and diet plan examples
• A structured weekly training split for home or gym
• Mobility and warm-up guides to stay injury free
• Supplement guidance
• Progress tracking tools
• Reverse dieting advice to maintain results after the plan

This isn’t a quick fix diet. It’s a complete blueprint for building a stronger, healthier body.
