Important Info:
The Shred Plan has a 3-month minimum sign-up. We recommend an additional Reverse Diet phase of around 6 weeks after your shred to protect your results, followed by the opportunity to stay on and continue with your goals whether that’s building muscle, toning up, or continued fat loss. Please provide notice if you do not wish to continue into Reverse Diet; otherwise, your plan will automatically continue until cancelled with 1 month’s notice.
