By completing an action, you feel good which leads to you feeling motivated to do it again, and the best way to ensure you complete these actions is through routine.
By not completing an action can create disappointment which leads to demotivation, and it is easy to shift from one circle to another unless you have some self discipline.
By creating realistic targets it is easier to stay in your positive circle of motivation.

3) Log your food each evening
Some weekly realistic targets:
1) Complete 1-2 workouts a week
2) Write a food diary for the following week
3) CHECK IN each week
