The Fit Mum Photoshoot has never just been about pictures. It’s about power.
Every year I bring women together to step in front of the camera and celebrate themselves. In the past it has been a lingerie empowerment shoot. This year, by popular demand, we changed it up and held our very first gym photoshoot and the results were incredible.
Each woman has a story.
A story of showing up when it felt easier to hide.
A story of setting a goal and proving to herself she could achieve it.
A story of putting herself on the list after years of being last.
This photoshoot is more than a moment in front of the lens it’s proof of what happens when women back themselves.
Strength grows, confidence grows, and belief grows.
It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence. About saying, I deserve to feel strong, proud and unstoppable.
The day itself is part of the magic. Getting hair and make-up done, feeling like the best version of yourself, and having it all documented by a professional photographer. It’s a moment to celebrate the work you’ve put in and a milestone in your journey that you’ll look back on with pride.
And the best part is that we do it together. Women supporting women. Cheering each other on. Breaking the silence around hormones and health. Proving we are unstoppable when we step into our power.
This photoshoot is a reminder that we are not just building bodies, we are building leaders, role models and a movement.
