Lillian Ross, born in 1916, celebrated her 107th birthday on Sunday 21st May... and do you know what she said her secret was... exercise and walking.
It got me thinking... people are always wanting short-term quick fixes for that Summer body ...but forget about their ageing body. Like, I wanna look great for Summer but I also want to look and feel great in my 80th Summer.
I want to be able to walk, dance and...remember.
