But let’s start with a very important fact: You need to be in a calorie deficit to loose weight.


To help this however … there are increasing studies based around Vitamin D and its role in improving your metabolism and how your body manages the way your body stores fat.


In the UK it is estimated that 68% of us don’t get the optimal amount of vitamin D.


Being vitamin D deficient could result in:
